The Wingmaker is a story that came to visit me a few years ago and willed itself written. 

It is a children’s story and by that I mean it is also for adults who have not lost the child in them. 

All I really did were the illustrations, to which I aimed to convey a sense of mystery and wonder. 

I wanted them to be different from all stories I had seen illustrated before. 
The Wingmaker is about your inner strengths and possibilities and how becoming aware of them can totally change your life and perception of everything. 
I am aiming to rework the characters and some of the landscapes of the book, so the illustrations shown here still contain the old characters.
