Lola runs creative workshops mostly as part of creative community engagements or other events and projects.
The workshops she runs are mixed-media workshops and are very open-ended. They mainly aim to encourage participants to break their creative boundaries and unwind, relax, recharge and have fun while making beautiful artworks from a variety of media and natural elements, including different types of paint, pens, clay, fabric, repurposed materials (fabric, wool, cardboads, papers and more), as well natural elements she collects from different forests and other places (branches, seeds, twigs, leaves, etc.).
Workshops

Lola is a multi-disciplinary artist creating across different media, including painting, sculpture, photography and photomontages, as such, her work is quite varied. To her, visual art is like music, a magical therapeutic tool, a universal mode of communication that does not require any form of translation whatsoever. Nature and the interconnectedness of everything in and with nature, are her deepest inspiration. Music is another major inspiration.
Her work simultaneously straddles the myriad themes that interconnectedness encompasses, and that cannot be separated from one another; from seeds to war, via magic, fantasy and "harsh realities," but because she is a firm believer in Dostoyevsky's saying that "beauty will save the world," she always aims to create a visually appealing final result. Her hope is that anyone who looks at her work will feel a rush of beneficial energy and an awakening of their sense of wonder. She does not seek to shock, she seeks to soothe.
